The Batchworth Sea Scouts Family Sailing Day, will take place 2pm to 5pm on Sunday 18th July 2010, Bury Lake Young Mariners, Rickmansworth Aquadrome, Frogmoor Lane, Hertfordshire. For directions and a map click here. Come and try Sailing, Kayaking and Dragon Boating in the sunshine (we hope) at the Bury Lake Young Mariners Base in Rickmansworth Aquadrome. Families of all Batchworth members are invited (Beavers, Cubs Scouts and Explorers) and you can bring a friend too.
Cubs will have the opportunity to earn their Water Activity Badges. There will be a barbecue and soft drinks available. As this is a family event with water sports - NO ALCOHOL PLEASE.
A change of clothes may be useful. Please use the main car park just beyond the Aquadrome Bridge.
