On Saturday, 5th March, the Batchworth Cub pack football team compete
d along with five other packs in the Rickmansworth and Chorleywood District Cubs 1 day league cup competition in Chorleywood.
The competition was extremely close such that a winning team could not be found through points or goal difference and had to be decided by the team that scored the most goals during the day. 6th Rickmansworth won the Cup with Batchworth gaining a very respectable 3rd place.
Batchworth never conceded a single goal in the competition making the end result so very close.
